Great room. It was large, quiet, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the recliner, sofa, and coffee table to relax on. This is an old property, and the rooms in the motel unit have been refurbished. Quite honestly, it is the sort of place that many people would simply drive by. If I didn’t have a reservation, I probably would have too. My buddy and I were extremely pleased with the room, so don’t let appearances fool you.

The owner and staff were very accommodating. when the cabin I first rented was a distance from other family members and not large enough Dave moved me into a larger cabin, which made our stay more comfortable in two ways. One the amount of room we had, and two it was closer to my relative's cabins so it made visiting so much easier. The staff was very helpful and accommodating!

It was very clean and a nice little space during our short stay. I also really liked the soaps and shampoo/conditioner they provided. Very high quality and no chemicals!

I had one of the tiny cabins. That’s how the mountain men must have felt when they crossed the country, without the amenities of a shower, a big fridge and a comfy bed. I really liked it! Manager was not around, but the ladies taking care of the guests were friendly and helpful.

The facilities are basic, but fully comfortable, and I had all of the things I wanted. The price was good. It was easy to walk to the rodeo grounds, the library, park, and downtown. The Internet was fast and reliable. The air-conditioning worked great. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was great. I stayed in a cabin, which had a nice sense of privacy. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dave's and would stay there again.

It's a good road motel. We arrived late at night, and the owner was kind enough to leave us the keys so we could check in at that late hour. We looked for a place to rest on our long way, and it met our expectations.

everything was clean, functional and well appointed. unlike many properties that claim to have kitchen facilities, this one had everything we needed and more to prepare meals. And Dave the owner was a great guy who clearly wants to do whatever he can to ensure a pleasant stay.

Owner went out of the way to make my stay excellent. Room was very nice and cozy. I will stay here again next year. If you're in the area and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this place.

This is a great place to stay and working with the owner Dave was fun. Next time we are in the area, and we need a place the stay it will be a Dave's Eastside
